- Interior and exterior painting (in desired color)
- Installation of exterior door (Steel door)
- Installation of interior doors (American doors)
- Installation of all windows with PVC frames and double glazing
- Plumbing installations completed and extended outside for connection (Tested and delivered)
- Electrical installations completed and extended outside for connection (Tested and delivered)
- Supply of sanitary ware and fittings (Installation done by customer after wet floor is prepared)
- Roof covering and insulation with gutters and downpipes installed
WORK UNDER CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
- Floor concrete, all excavation work and landscaping
- Floor and wall covering works (screed, ceramic, tiles, carpet, etc.)
- Permits required for building construction
- External connections outside the building (electricity, waste water, clean water, meters)
- Accommodation and food expenses for the installation team
- Kitchen base and wall cabinets
- Transportation and transportation insurance
