4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Service fees are calculated based on the scope and mutual agreement of the project.

4.2. Payments may be scheduled in installments or requested in full, in accordance with the agreement.

4.3. Legal interest rates may apply to overdue payments.

5. Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the scope of services with mutual agreement between the parties. Changes may incur additional costs, which must be approved by the Client in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Artvila Yapı shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services.

6.2. The Company is not responsible for delays or interruptions in services caused by force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All drawings, designs, projects, and other materials provided under the scope of the services are, unless otherwise stated, the property of Artvila Yapı. These materials may not be reproduced or used by the Client without prior permission.

8. Confidentiality

Artvila Yapı commits to keeping client information confidential. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legal regulations.

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party violates these Terms.

9.2. In the event of termination, the Company reserves the right to claim payments for completed services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.

11. Amendments

Artvila Yapı reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective as of the date they are published on our website.
