Palace Project - Catalca/Istanbul

Inspired by the elegance of the SM-1102 model, Artvila Yapı designed the Palace Project as a bespoke 102 m² steel structure for our esteemed client, Mr. Bayram. Located in the tranquil nature of Çatalca/Istanbul, this fairytale-like home blends classic grace with modern comfort.

Mr. Bayram admired the refined lines and spacious layout of the SM-1102 but envisioned a design that felt even more unique and majestic. We customized the project to reflect his dreams—expanding the open-concept kitchen, adding large custom-cut windows, and infusing both traditional and modern architectural elements. The result is a structure that feels like a storybook brought to life.

The Palace Project stands out with its striking façade, grand windows that flood the interior with light, and a layout tailored for luxurious everyday living. Once again, Artvila Yapı has demonstrated excellence in steel construction, delivering not just a home, but an experience.
